Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Minotti in the 1993-94 UEFA Cup Quarter Final 2nd leg match against Ajax played at Stadio Ennio Tardini on the 16th March '94. The 1st leg had been a tight 0-0 draw in Amsterdam but the Gialloblù got off to the perfect start on home soil when Minotti blasted home a free kick inside 16 minutes. A goal from Thomas Brolin shortly after half-time wrapped things up and Parma were through the Semi Finals. They would go on to reach the Final but were beaten by Arsenal in Copenhagen. Minotti played the full match and was a stalwart of the side between 1987–1996, playing 280 games and scoring the respectable figure of 29 goals.
